Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully, as all sales are final.

1. No Refunds

All payments made for our website service are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with the design

  • Client not approving the first draft

  • Delays caused by missing information

  • Failure to provide required content

  • Unresponsiveness from the client

  • Decision not to continue with the project

  • Incorrect or incomplete instructions provided by the client

Once the order is placed, the full amount is retained to cover time, resources, hosting, and setup work that begins immediately after purchase.

2. 72-Hour Draft Delivery

The first draft of your website will be delivered within 72 hours after all required information is submitted through the onboarding form.

Approval of the first draft is not guaranteed, as design preferences vary from client to client.

The client is responsible for providing clear instructions in the onboarding form.

3. Revisions

One (1) round of revisions is included with the service.
Revisions do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.

Additional revisions or changes beyond the scope of the package may require additional fees.

4. Client Responsibility

The client must provide:

  • Required content

  • Branding preferences

  • Contact details

  • Website instructions

Delays caused by lack of content or unclear guidance do not qualify for refunds.

If no content is provided, placeholder text and images will be used.

5. Custom Domain (Optional)

A custom domain is not included in the base package.
If the client decides to purchase a domain separately, all domain-related fees are also non-refundable.

Domain setup fees, if applicable, are also non-refundable.

6. Digital Service Acknowledgment

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that:

  • This is a digital product/service, not a physical item

  • Work begins immediately after purchase

  • You waive the right to any refund period or “cooling-off” period

  • All sales are final regardless of satisfaction or changes in circumstances
