By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

You are purchasing a standardized website package for a one-time payment of 599€.
The package includes:

  • Website design

  • Hosting for 12 months

  • A subdomain (not a custom domain)

A custom domain can be added later for an additional cost if the client chooses to purchase one.

2. Delivery Time

A first draft of the website will be delivered within 72 hours after all required information is submitted through the onboarding form.

We do not guarantee that the client will approve the first draft.
Approval depends on the client's preferences and the clarity of instructions provided.

3. Scope of Work

Included:

  • Website design (up to 5 pages)

  • Responsive layout

  • Hosting (1 year)

  • Subdomain

  • Basic SEO structure

  • Contact form

  • One round of revisions

Not included:

  • Custom domain (optional add-on)

  • Unlimited revisions

4. Revisions

One (1) round of revisions is included. Extra revisions require an additional fee.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Client dissatisfaction

  • Client not approving the first draft

  • Client not providing necessary information

  • Client change of mind

  • Project delays caused by the client

6. Custom Domain

A custom domain is not included in the main package.
If the client wants a custom domain, they must:

  1. Purchase it separately

  2. Pay an additional setup fee (if applicable)

  3. Allow extra time for configuration

7. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide required information promptly.
We are not responsible for delays due to missing content.

8. Ownership

Once the website is delivered and paid for, the client owns the website content.
Hosting and subdomain remain active for 12 months.

9. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for business losses, downtime, or third-party issues.
